WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Orders will NOT be reshipped if we receive delivery confirmation. Please contact your mail carrier.
IF YOUR PACKAGE IS DAMAGED, please file a claim with the postal carrier. We are not liable for damage during transit, as we have no control once the package leaves our facility.
In the rare case that you receive a damaged item (e.g. leakage), we will gladly send a replacement.
