Refund and Shipping Policy

  

Shipping

Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed (excluding holidays).

  • Processing time: 2–3 business days
  • Shipping time: 3–8 business days after processing
  • Orders ship Monday through Saturday only


Incorrect Address:
Please ensure your address is correct before finalizing your order. We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
If you entered the wrong address, contact us at info@hairmystory.com within 24 hours to request a correction.

Refunds

Due to the hand-crafted nature of our products and for sanitary purposes, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Orders will NOT be reshipped if we receive delivery confirmation. Please contact your mail carrier.

IF YOUR PACKAGE IS DAMAGED, please file a claim with the postal carrier. We are not liable for damage during transit, as we have no control once the package leaves our facility.


In the rare case that you receive a damaged item (e.g. leakage), we will gladly send a replacement.
This must be reported within 2 days of receiving your package, with photo evidence of the damage.
