Due to the hand-crafted nature of our products and for sanitary purposes we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Orders will NOT be reshipped if we receive delivery confirmation. Please contact your mail carrier. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS DAMAGED, please file a claim with the postal carrier. We are not liable for damage during transit as we have no control over shipment once it leaves our facility.
In the unlikely case that you do receive a damaged item (eg. package has leaked etc) we are happy to send you out a replacement. This will only occur within a 2 day notice period after receiving your package and photo evidence of the damages. You may contact us via email at email@example.com
